Call with Pilar

Pilar was awesome.
She spent 5 minutes telling me she liked my work and then and hour and a half telling me what's wrong with it.
She was right on 99% of it.

Rewriting as we speak...

Minutes away...

I am about to call the great Pilar Alessandra for profession consultation on the script.

I'm excited and nervous.

Will she think it stinks? Will she think I am a natural? Will it just be blah?

RE-WRITES

Amanda took the first crack at the sctipt. She liked it a lot and said it made her cry. I think she cried because she was so happy that I finished it.

Lots of punctuation and spelling mistakes.

Need to re-work a few things.

Feeling great about it.

FIRST DRAFT

Dude, the first draft is done. I am afraid to read it but it's done! I have less than a week to tweak it before I have to send it to Pilar for Consultation.

Blake Snyder says (or said...he's dead now, its very sad really) that you do all sorts of things to distract you from what you should really be doing, which is write your script. Starting this blog would fall into that category
